.......having your little guy ask whether you prefer his baseball cap facing forward or to the back, then watching him enthusiastically follow your suggestion.
........seeing a little girl go from being a little down to literally skipping across the kitchen, all because you told her how gorgeous she looks today. Then watching her smile as she does the dishes atop a step stool, just to be a blessing and a help.
.......having an 11-year-old boy come and lay down with his head in your lap, even if it is to manage a few extra minutes of morning sleep.
.......knowing a God kind and compassionate enough to put them all within the same day that was already going well to begin with, whether or not I "deserve" it.
